The Village Health Foundation is a non-profit organization designated with a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) status. In part because we understand that healthcare and health services can be costly and expensive, and also because we believe that everyone is entitled to live a healthy life, we do not require payment for our services. Instead, our patrons see us on a donation basis according to their financial capabilities, doing their part to assist in the ever-increasing cost of medical care. We also accept most major health plans, Worker's Compensation, and personal injury liens.

Please help us keep the Village Health Foundation services available to our community by making a donation through PAYPAL.
